Good morning, I'm new to this forum and website and am hoping someone can help me. I was told to look at the Melvira method of smoothing a cake and when I search on it I get what looks like an article on it. When I click on it, I go to a recipe. I'm sure there's something obvious I'm missing.....can anyone help ? Thanks Kris
