Do you think it's ok to decorate a cake on Wednesday for Saturday in buttercream(no milk or butter)? Will it still be fresh?
If you keep it in the fridge it should be ok. Is there a filling?
No filling, just cake
Should be just fine. I'd put it in the fridge just to be sure. I do that even when I have no butter or milk either.
