Has anyone ever used the little device that will "fix" tips that the Wilton instructor told me about? Did it work? I've noticed my shells are coming out so nice.

Ive never heard of a tool, ive reshaped some by hand before, usually the star tips, i just use a regular pen or a dowel rod to push them out and use my hands to push them in

Same here, used it, loved it. It saved a couple of tips that were damaged in my class kits too. Love it to reshape the star tips.
