I was reading the recipe and noticed that it has no flavors added like vanilla ect... Will it change the consistency if I add some kind of flavoring to it?

I add anything that will compliment the cake. Creme Bouquet is very good with his recipe!

Yes, it definitely needs some kind of flavouring, or it's just "bleah". I use pure vanilla and creme bouquet. Yummy!

Just add the flavour at the end and mix it in well.
