I am in the process of decorating a cream cheese filled and frosted cake. I have to deliver at 0730 tomorrow. I do not have the ability to refrigerate this cake before then. Will it be okay????? icon_eek.gificon_eek.gificon_eek.gif

I should also add that it is the crusting cream cheese frosting recipe from here!!!!!

If your house is air conditioned and cool your cake will be fine until tomorrow.

No AC what so ever. It is in the upper 60's and sunny right now but at night it gets pretty cool. Maybe I should leave a window open to get a cool breeze. I don't know if this board it's on will fit in a refrigerator???? My MIL has an extra fridge in her garage. I'll have to ask if she might have room. The only thing is I have to deliver it so darn early.....

Be careful - "extra" fridges sometimes have ""tastes", if you know what I mean.

I understand that!!!!!! icon_wink.gif It's not exactly hot in my house. It's pretty cool so I may just have to say a prayer or two.

Thank you! It would appear that the higher content of powdered sugar it will be okay to leave sit out for a short time but refrigerate if possible!
