A dear friend of ours is retiring and his wife has asked me to make the cake. I'm stumped for "ORIGIONALITY"
His loves are God, his wife and grandchildren, hunting, and no bake cookies! He has a good humor and is looking forward to retiring.
Must have by Mid July cake due July 28th ish.
You could do a simple sheet with the school colors and a nice message about missing him. Make itty bitty no bake cookies and border the cake with them. Or make something hunting themed, with a fondant figure maybe, and say something about all the time he's going to have for hunting now. Does the school have a mascot? A FBCT of the mascot with well-wishes on the cake might be nice. Maybe not horribly original, but a few ideas, anyway....please post a picture.
