I am doing adouble heart cake that is two hearts nestled together.
one is going to be cock covered in choc ganache. the other is vanilla covered in white b/c. My question is.....should I pour the one with ganache and let it set and ice the vanilla seperately then put together like a puzzle? I have them cut and they will fit together nicely, but I am worried aouot them rubbing off on each other. If I do this do I leave off the icing on the sides that touch so they will still fit closely? What do you guys think?

TIA
