I know this was posted before and I honestly have looked for it, but I can't seem to find the thread that discussed serving sizes. I remember it said this persons serving sizes where more realistic than the Wilton suggestions. Any idea what this is or do you have a chart I could look at?
Earlene's chart is the one you are thinking of, but you can come up with your own numbers based on a serving that you think is reasonable.
