Just made my Wilton class II cake last night. Wondered how long I can leave it out, or should I put it in the fridge. It's for my mom, but she won't be home until Thursday. Will it last? Thanks.

Need more info for a definitive statement, but if the cake doesn't have a perishable filling in it and you've used a Wilton class buttercream, it should be fine sitting out until Thurs.
