PLEASE TELL ME THE BEST WAY TO COPY THE IMAGE FROM A NAPKIN, THE NAPKINS ARE THE ONES THAT WE WILL BE USING FOR FATHER'S DAY & I LIKE THE PATTERN (GEOMETRIC)

ALSO THE ICING THE GOES W/ THE CAKE IS A CREAM CHEESE ICING

SHOULD I TRY THE DECORATE IT?
CAN YOU EDIBLE IMAGE A WHOLE CAKE/SIDES TOO?
CAN YOU FROZEN TRANSFER A WHOLE CAKE/SIDES TOO?
OR SHOULD I JUST TRY TO FONDANT THE CAKE-CAN YOU DO THAT WITH CREAM CHEESE ICING UNDER?????

OH YEAH THE ICING IS LIGHT YELLOW & HAS PECANS IN IT--GUESS I WON'T BE PUTTING ANY ON THE TOP-NOTE TO SELF--2ND BATCH W/OUT PECANS

TIA TO ALL

You can cover the top and sides of a cake with edible images. You can see an example in my photos...the carebear one. The only probs I can see with it might be getting someone to make the images from a napkin (copyright). You may have to bring them in a copy of the geometric pattern instead unless you're able to make them yourself. You'd also want to use plain white BC under the images...nuts, cream cheese, yellow tint could cause the image to not look so good.

If the napkin is a basic geometric pattern, they may not give you any trouble over copying it but I'd bring in a scan of the pattern (if you can) just in case.

The pale yellow could effect the color in the images. It may not be enough to be noticeable though. It depends on the pattern. Cream cheese icing also has a higher water content than regular bc. If the image is left on the cake long enough, the colors may run. You could apply just a thin layer of white bc over the cream cheese frosting though.
