Here is my first dummy cake in a series of about 6. I just might do more then 6. This is rose colored fondant with white flowers. This cake was featured on the cover of "The Knot". It was done by Elisa Strauss. The is my version of her cake. I wish she had this cake in her new book that just came out. Please tell me what you think of the cake and where I can make improvements. thanks.
I cant' offer any tips for improvement since that's a lot better than I could do.. but this is gorgeous! It's so pretty.
Does anyone have problems putting all 7-8 cups of confectionary sugar into MMF? I did on this cake and it ended up stretchy. But there was no way I could get another cup in. What can I do next time?
