I would like to start a home-based business selling cakes, but I am unsure of any health regulations in my area. I live in Montreal, Quebec. Do any of you know where I can find out more about this? Is ok to make and sell cakes from my home in Quebec?

Hi, I'm from Quebec also. Check with your City regulations. Here, in Chibougamau, I only needed a city permit and to be registred with Revenu Quebec.

And yes it's ok to operate from your home in Quebec!!
