Ay yi yi....I have anther post going right now about my MIL delivering a bouquet, but her house smells of smoke- everyone's opinion is that I need to ship the bouquet instead. SO...who has advice? It needs to be delivered to an office on Monday, but I won't have the bouquet ready until Saturday, so basically it will be a next day, or an overnight.
Do I go USPS, or FedEx?
How do I package it so it will stand up to the handling?
Thanks!!! I'm stressed...

I would go Fedex! USPS is a bit unpredictable for delivery.

I have shipped 3 boquets this way. I tested them before leaving the house and heard nothing move! Checked in with the clients after they received them and all went fine, nothing broke. I shipped USPS on a Saturday and they all received on Monday (one 1 hr away from me, another 5 hrs away, and another a 10 hr drive) So I would recommend shipping them this way, however not sure exactly when you will be ready to ship.

I did do a few this different though.
1) Didn't have shrink wrap no problem. Just taped the bubble wrap around each cookie
2) Filled about 1/4 full of peanuts then set in boquet and filled around it so it was shipped upright.
3) I only had bubble wrap so I put a layer on the top and bottom of the box.

I also HIGHLY recommend in the top of the box print opening instructions so they know what to expect and don't just start to dump out the peanuts. Make sure it is the last thing you pack so it is the first thing they see.

I just did a verbal instruction of what they need to expect as they dig down and to carefully remove the peanuts from the top (as you couldn't see any of the cookies when completely packed) then made a note that each cookie was individually wrapped in bubble wrap for safe shipping.
