Using moldling chocolate is almost the same as gumpaste.Try using a gumpaste tutorial to help you out.Sorry I haven't got a link!!

I would be glad to e-mail you some of my instruction sheets, I have been demonstrating various chocolate candy paste flowers since 1994, at ICES, and many different state DOS, let alone my own classes.
I do many different ones. E-mail me and let me know what flowers you would like!

you can pretty much do the samething with candy clay as you can gumpaste. just find some tutorials on gumpaste and you should be fine.
