In July, I'm going to enter the amateur cake decorating contest.
I'm chosing the fair theme. I was thinking of making a mini fair with the ferris wheel being the major focus of my cake. I want to add 6 hanging baskets (or whatever you call them) on my ferris wheel made from gum paste. The problem is, what should I make the actual wheel from? Gum paste? I need some guidance here.
Please help me..

Here is a link to an article a CC member posted a bit back. It shows a ferris wheel made out of gumpaste, but on a much bigger scale. But it just might have enough information to help you=) Jen
