I have 2, 12x18 ice cream sheet cakes to make for a Mother's Day Program on Saturday. I have NEVER made an ice cream cake before and as u can tell that I have ABSOLUTLY no idea on what kind of icing to make that will hold up and be able to keep in the freezer with this cake. I know that it's last min but I just found out all these new forums, I've posted one on here earlier but I didn't get too many hits.
Thanks everyone, I just want a great icing that tastes good and that doesn't taste like cool-whip which I think tastes nasty by itself. THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYONE'S QUIC RESPONSE.......

Whenever I've made these at home I just iced with stabilized whipped cream.
