I could not whip my heavy cream today wasted all that cream!!! anyways I decided to get my pastry pride out of the freezer to make cookies and cream filling for my cakes then I realized these cake have to be dropped off at the school by noon tomorrow!!!!!!! and the carnival is not until 5pm. Will the pastry pride be ok or will the cakes need refrigeration?

Pastry Pride does not have to be in the fridge once it's in the cake. It's non dairy so it's ok to sit out at room temp. If you want to save it by itself, it is ok to refreeze once it's whipped.

I have made Bavarian fillings for wedding cakes that have sat at the reception for several hours with no change in the texture. If you are icing the cake with it and if the weather is warm it may break down a bit, I am not sure because I have not tried that. I've iced with Pastry Pride but we cut and served the cake shortly after.
