Sounds like I am going to love MMF even more than I thought! I also used Crisco all over and I feel like I would never need a KA for mine as I just mixed with a wooden spoon and then kneaded it!

I never use my KA...tried it once, felt it was not necessary, just added to my pile of things to wash. I also use crisco, crisco and more crisco...

can i use regular confectionary sugar when making MMF instead of cane sugar?

i have tried toba's recipe i didn't like it as much... a bit to stiff and not enough elasticity i still love michelle foster's fondant ... it taste amazing on cakes... actually juat ate a piece i made on sun and the fondant kinda blended in with the butttercream... delish!!
