Hello there friends!

I have been asked to make a three tiered square cake for a 25th Wedding Anniversary. Can you use round separator plates for square cakes? If not, does anyone know of a good site that I can use to find some squares? Thanks!

I wouldnt use round it will look funny. Wilton makes the square plates.
Are you going to stack the cake or pillar it?

You can use round if they are just smaller than the cakes and then they won't show at all. Wilton makes squares as well as several other companies including www.bakerycrafts.com

Thanks for the replies. I don't know yet if I am going to stack or tier. I wanted to try to tier them, so that there is room for my friend to place Gerber Daisies on the tiers, but if I cannot find plates that I like, I will probably just stack them and she can tuck the flowers in. I am just surprised that there are not that many styles of square separator plates available.
