Hi,
I am very new to cake decorarting. I have taken Wilton courses 1 and 2. I will be taking 3 in August. I want to make a cake this month using fondant. I have never used it before. Is it hard to work with? Also I have heard that rolled bc taste better should I make that instead? Is it hard to make and work with? Thanks for any advice!

Hi,
I've used fondant a number of times and find it very easy to work with, but I have a friend that has a hard time covering her cakes without any creases. I've never used rolled bc, but I'm definitely going to try in hopes of getting a better tasting covering for my cakes. Good luck.
