A few questions, can someone inform me of the best way to make a book cake? Also the best way to stack them? I have to do one for my son's school and I am terrified of not stacking them right and them not looking like books! They are going to be 3 13x9 cakes. Thanks in advance!

is it the open book cause if it is there is a cake pan designed for the open book. I just did one last week my first time. I did a regular sheet cake to put under it cut to the size of the book cake then filled and layed the open book cake on top. hope that helped.

There is a book cake photo like you are describing in my photos. om m eif you have any questions. I think changing the sizes just a little will make it look more like real books. Like one 13x9, one 12x8, and one 13x8 or something.
