Sorry, I tried to do a search, because I thought I saw this discussed before, but I had issues with the search function. Can I do this, will it release the same with crusting cream cheese frosting as it does with buttercream? I am doing a full sheet cake with a massive FBCT on the top, but know they are thinking about cream cheese frosting and carrot cake? Any ideas, or can this just not be done? Thanks ladies!
