I've done quite a few things with MMF, but nothing quite as large or detailed as some of the Debbie Brown figures. I'm specifically thinking about doing the dragon from the Magical Cakes book. She uses a sugarpaste recipe that I *think* is more like a regular fondant, but maybe it's more like gum paste? I was wondering if anyone had done her figures in MMF, or if it wouldn't dry quite hard enough.

If you choose to use mmf or fondant I would add gumpaste to them or tylose to help them dry harder and faster and more thoroughly.
