Can I turn Heavy Whipping Cream into regular milk? I have a recipe that calls for 3/4 cup of milk but all I have is Heavy Whipping Cream. It's not for a cake if that helps. It's for Green Bean Casserole icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks,

aha! more math. There is a thing called a "Pearson's square" for determining just that sort of thing... how much of 2 liquids do i need to make one that has a specific butter %age. Are you wanting to make it whole milk? 2%? lemme know and ill figure it for you.

But I do second the pp... skip all this junk and use the delicious cream!

I think you should not dilute, it will be delicious!

I use it in mac and cheese and it is so creamy.

I would do 1/2 cup cream and 1/4 cup water
