Is It Ok To Freeze Cookies With Rb And Royal Icing On Them?

I would like to go ahead and decorate these cookies for Mother's day tonight! Can I freeze them decorated fully (with rolled buttercream and royal icing)? Should I wrapped them in their bags or wait until they thaw? Thanks!

I freeze mine in a big ole freezer baggie and then into an airtight container.....I don't wrap them until they are brought back to room temp the day I need them.
