I actually called them once and asked what kind of icing they used and they told me royal icing. Don't know what recipe they used but thats what they said.

I recieved an arrangement through them. The icing was terrible! When I spoke to a Wilton teacher, she told me it is the same recipe they have for Royal with Color Flow added.

The icing was so hard that an old man had to have his dentures replaced. I don't reccomend it for people with loose teeth. icon_biggrin.gif [/quote]

I recently made sugar cookies, with color flow on the top, and at first the cookies were pritty hard, then the next day some of the moisture went into the cookies, and softened the up a little, and the color flow wasnt as hard, they turned out really really good, i dont know if it was just by chance that this happened but it was nice!!! royal icing would probably work too Good luck!!!
