Baseball Bear Help

I would like to make a birthday cake using the Wilton mini-bear (stand up) pan on top of a round cake with a baseball theme. Thinking of trying to put a baseball shirt on the bear, but at a loss as how to do a white shirt on a brown bear. What would any of you suggest?

BUMPING MYSELF..................

Has anyone ever made a fondant t-shirt and put on one of the standup (mini) bears to make it look like a shirt?

Yes you are good Doug! Thanks so much for that. I am a sewer and putting it in those terms makes it easier to construct. Will post ;ic when I am done.
