How do you get the square cakes so square? Do you make a larger cake and then trim it down to make it square? How big are they?

I don't know, but I am curious. I woud probably just cut some myself.

Here is a bump.

When I made mine, I made a 9x13 cake, cut it down the middle the long way, then cut it in equal thirds the short way. I then stacked two on top of each other, and iced. (One 9x13 made 3 blocks) Pictures in my photo. Mine are not perfectly square by any mean, but a little more time and patience, and they could be pretty darn close.

I cut mine from an 8" square cake. Just cut the cake to get 4-4inch square cakes.

I made them using a loaf pan and then cut blocks out of there. I had 4 Sesame Blocks (covered in fondant) on top of a half sheet cake. It was easier than I thought.
