I know a 9x13 is conseidered a 1/4 sheet.What is a 1/2 sheet?A 3/4 sheet? And a full sheet?
half sheet is 11x15 don't know bout the 3/4 sheet maybe it's 12x18 and the full is 18x24 or two half sheets put together long sides joined.
I made a post similar to this.....for MY cakes I follow these guidelines:1/4 sheet = 9x131/3 sheet = 11x151/2 sheet 12x18full sheet = 2 - 12x18
