How Do You Make Your Fondant Look Really White?

I noticed when I added the white butter cream to my MMF that the MMF did not look that white, it looked more off white. Is there away to make the fondant look more white then off white.

I'm not positive, but I am thinking that you could do the same trick that everyone does with the buttercream and add a tiny bit of violet. But this will give you a bump for someone who will know.

If you use the recipe that calls for marshmallow fluff (I think its called easy MMF) that will give you snow white fondant. Just be sure you use clear vanilla.

MMF is very white and tastes nice.
