Hi,
My daughter is having a end of year picnic at school for her spanish class. They have asked the parents to sign up to bring something, I said a dessert. Anyone have a recipe for a true Mexican dessert that does not need to be refrigerated.
Thanks
Joanne

Although it's not an authentic Mexican dessert, I did a cake for a Mexican-themed party once that was done to look like a big plate of nacho chips with meat, cheese, quacamole, etc. The photo is in my folder and if you think it would work I can email you the specifics.
