I'm having a bad baking night. I use the enhanced formula cake mix. Making 2 - 10" and 2 - 6". First 2 cakes in the oven. Took them out, cooled for 10 minutes, dumped them out and half the cake stayed in the pan.

So mixed the second batch - put parchment in the pans and then baked and then ran to the store to pick up another french vanilla mix. Second batch came out fine.

Went to put the third batch in - they have been in for 10 minutes when I looked in the microwave and found the butter.......I forgot to put the butter in - 1 cup. I don't want to have to bake a fourth batch - now I'm upside down on the cake, it's 11:00 p.m. now, I've got to decorate tomorrow afternoon....what's going to happen to the cake without butter?

eeerrrggg! If I have to bake another one tomorrow how can I get the cake to firm up fast so I can decorate it right away?
