Hi guys,

Help! Last night I made a bunch of modelling chocolate for some roses due Thursday. It was my first time. I used 7 oz of white chocolate & 2 tbs of cornsyrup the way the instructions read. It all seemed to work fine.

So I just tried to knead the chocolate and its rock hard w/ no clay like give. Any clues what I did wrong????? Can I fix it?

Thanks

Sue

Did you knead the clay?

Sometimes after mine sits overnight or longer it does get rock hard just break off small pieces and knead it until it's workable. Should be fine for you.
