I just finished my first 1/2 sheet cake, which was also my first beach cake. I think it turned out okay! My 12 year old son helped decorate it, and we really enjoyed doing it! Thanks to everyone who helped with how to make water, and also the sand!!

Thank you both! I was nervous about how it would turn out, especially the water, but I am pleased with it. I can't wait to see the customer's reaction though, I really hope she likes it!! My kids said it is the best cake I have done so far...
