Idea For A Mother's Day Sale ?

I've been asked to do a cake for a local women's clothing store for a big Mother's Day Sale/Party? I don't have any idea what to do? Please help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

First thing that comes to mind is a shopping bag with a couple things spilling out over the bag and a shoe. If there isn't enough time to make this out of fondant how about some kind of BCT on top of a cake or go with something like the belly cakes but minus the pregnant belly and just drape fondant to resemble some kind of dress or top.
