Once again I need your expert help! My mom came from South America to spend mother's day with me, (I am happy!!!!) and I would like to make a wonferful and tasty cake for her. She loves cakes!! I am looking for a recipe for a moist cake with a white cream filing (It could be vanilla, coconut, etc) One thing for sure is that she does not like buttercream.
I would really appreciate any suggestion

try this recipe...its for tres leches cake. it is moist, delicious, and the icing is NOT buttercream 
. you can use whipped cream/whipped topping too if you want to save time.
