Hi,
I would like to know how long buttercream icing is good, refrigerated? And royal is good for almost forever, right?
Thanks

I use water in my BC instead of milk so it doesn't have to be refrigerated. I've kept practice BC around for weeks and it seems okay--you just have to whip it up a bit.

Yes I use water instead of milk, just thought refrigeration might help it keep longer.

I made some bc last week using milk and the leftovers have been in the refrigerater. Any ideas how much longer I can keep it until I have to throw it away (if I don't use it)?
