Is there anyone out there in or around Springfield, MO? I'm really eager to learn all about cake decorating and eventually want to have my own business, but the Wilton classes here never seem to fit in with my schedule. Any fellow bakers out there who need help or are willing to help a poor college student pursue her dream?! lol Send me a message, I need cake friends, the normal people just don't understand!

I am in your area. 
We moved from Springfield to Lebanon (and yes I'm in Springfield all the time, lol) a few years ago.
I am taking the Wilton classes at Michael's. She varies the day the classes meet from time to time, hopefully you will be able to attend some eventually.
