This is the miniature wedding style cake, which I made for Wedding Anniversary. They wanted just 2 to 4 servings and also wanted well decorated so I did this small cake and you know what they loved it.

All frosting and designs from BC and made with only one tip, Tip-1.

Its not well finished. Because of very hot weather here my BC was getting thin. So couldnt make nice border and embroidery. But anyway I think it turned out nice.

What do you think?

Thanks
Nitu

very pretty!! I love anything PINK!! icon_lol.gif

How big were the tiers?? I've only done a few 'mini' cakes and had the worst time w/the icing & decos. Anything smaller than a 6" is a nightmare for me!! Mine end up looking awful!!

That is beautiful!! The presentation with the colors is really pretty too. You did a great job - the mini's are a nightmare to work with, IMO!

Thanks everyone I really appreciate your nice comments.
Frankly I didnt use any pan except a one 9 pan.
I baked one cake and I got three different sizes of bowls and then I literary cut my three cakes out of one.
They just wanted one 9 cake so I made this three-tier cake out of one.
And they are happy with this idea.

The cake looks FABULOUS.

I think between us all we need to find a buttercream that can hold up to 85 degree temperatures for more than a couple of hours.

Thanks again everyone.
Yes you are right skylightsky. I really need that type of BC.
I can't cool down my home because of little daughter and a baby.
So it is hard for me to do any decoration.

I would glad if I can get one nice BC recipe.

Thanks

Your cake is great! I love PINK! I'm also in NC and use the all Crisco BC. I had no trouble with it last August for my daughter's wedding cake.
