I am new to the world of cake decorating, and am fully addicted. I am looking to expand my tools collection. Pretty much everything I have is Wilton.
I am looking for advice on flower cutters, which is best the metal cutters or plastic cutters?
Does anyone have a particular site or kind they recommend?
Need good veiners also.

Thank for your suggestions?

My two favorites are: Scott Clark Woolley http://www.cakesbydesign.cc/ and Nicholas Lodge www.nicholaslodge.com

Metal are the best as they make a cleaner cut.

I am a fan of Scott Clark Woolley. I have taken his gumpaste classes and have purchased and use his cutters. I recommend his cutters without reservation. They are pricey, but they are top of the line, will last for years, and will give you a good result. His website is www.cakesbydesign.cc

Hopes this helps!
