I cant seem to get the search function to work so can anyone please tell me how long you can store mmf and it will still taste ok??? I have a batch left and a last minute cake so I want to know if I can use it or not. I is about 4 wks old today....too old?????

As long as it has been stored properly, I have read it can be kept for up to 6 months and still be good. Being it is only MMs and sugar, it has a long lifespan=) If it was stored properly, still workable, and taste good to you...go for it=) Jen
