I am VERY proud of this cake! I wanted to learn stacking as well as tiering so I made a 14, 10, & 6 inch cake and covered them in fondant. I have to work on the smooth of the fondant still, but it's not bad considering I've never covered a cake in fondant before!

So, here is my first wedding/tiered/stacked/final Wilton 3 cake. I'm VERY proud.

Your cake is absolutely gorgeous! I start my level 3 class next week and I can't wait to do the same thing! Did you make the flowers also?

Yes, I did all the flowers. It's sort of a funny story, cuz I did flowers all my life as a child out of clay as a sort of self taught hobby. Now I'm making them out of sugar clay for cakes. It's another reaffirmation to myself that THIS is what I'm supposed tod o with my life.
