Does anybody know where I can buy colored sugar in bulk?

I know Bakery Crafts and DecoPac do however i think you have to have a tax ID to order from both. Do you have a business? If so then I would just a call and set up an account. Otherwise you might want to check out a restaurant/bakery supplier in your area?
