Does anyone out there know how to make carnations with icing so I can make some to put on cupcakes? I know how to do roses but I recently seen cupcakes with carnations on them and they were so cute but I don't know how they did it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have Roland Winbeckler's "Buttercream Flowers" book? He goes into it in there.

Here's Wilton's instructions: They call for royal, but you could use buttercream too.
