Sugar Flowers

Ok I am at a loss of how to make these, are they some kind of mixture of sugar and corn syrup or is it all just gumpaste???? They all look soo fragile and so thin, Can anyone recommend tips, suggestions or good books to teach you. Thanks a bunch

I use a home made gumpaste for my flowers. Depending on the type of flower, I usually roll it out really thin. I know it's thin enough when I can see the grid lines on my cutting mat through my paste!!
