I'm making my first 2 cookie bouquets. One will be going to my son's teacher. The other is going to be shipped to my MIL for mother's day. I was going to use Alice's icing, but now I'm worried that it won't harden enough to withstand the packing and shipping. Any advice? Thanks.

I would use royal icing. Try antonia74's recipe that posted in the recipe section. Royal will harden enough to withstand the packing, shipping and warmer temps. icon_biggrin.gif

Use RI (Antonia's is a good one) and it will harden like cement. icon_lol.gif Make sure your cookies are completely dry before packaging and sending. I would let them dry a good 24 hours.
