I baked my cake last night and left it out from the oven and covered with foil to let it cool. Well I get up this morning and there was condensation. I wrapped in Saran Wrap and put in the freezer. Am I going to have a problem with decorating and thawing? And suggestions would be SOOO helpful and appreciated!!!

Hun you'll be just fine. The condensation was just from the steam from letting it cool covered. It shouldn't cause a problem once it's thawed out. Just make sure that you don't frost it frozen. If it's frosted frozen the frosting will crack because of the cake expanding while it's thawing. So just be patient and let it thaw for a bit and then frost it. You'll do just fine.

If you are going to decorate after freezing it, just make sure it is at room temperature before you decorate or else the frosting might start sliding off the sides due to moisture from the cake when it is thawing.

Good luck!
