This morning I woke up at 7:00 just because I couldn't wait longer to make and decorate my cake with MMF recipe that I planed to try for the first time.

Oven on, cake baking........OUPS! MMF DISASTER! As I tried to roll it it was too cracky and when I tried to fix it by adding crisco it was too greasy (sorry I don't know the right words 'cause I'm french).

So I tried adding glycerin on a little piece of MMF. Looked fine, but again, when I rolled it there were cracks icon_sad.gificon_sad.gif

Please help me, because I am so sad and my cake is already baked and ready to be covered with fondant.

Thank you!

It sounds as if maybe you added too much powdered sugar/not enough water to the original recipe? Can you nuke it to make it soft, and add a few drops of water and knead them in?
