I saw this at www.berylscakes.com and was wondering if any of you have used it to make the choc. ruffles for the tops of cakes. It's intent, I think, is to use it for curling cheese. Would appreciate any feed back on this. Thanks

Doesn't work for me either, but that doesn't have to mean anything. But isn't a girolle this round thing where you put a big block of cheese into?
