Has anyone heard of Richtex shortening? Is this a hi-ratio shortening? Is there a way to tell a shortening is hi-ratio?

Thanks,

Sharon

I just googled 'Richtex' and it came up with some stuff called 'Flair'.
I bought some 'Flair' a while back at a Grocery Outlet store, so I am thinking it is not hi-ratio.
It was the first and last time I bought it. It made my bc taste wierd, not bad, just wierd.

Has anyone used this shortening? I just bought some from Winn Dixie tonight. Did I waste my money?

i think my only issue so far with it is the crusting, it doesn't seem to crust very well as my other's have.
